Return of damaged or defective item
After receiving the product, make sure that the material is free from any flaws and the sizes are as ordered. If you have any issues with your order, please ensure to contact us before installation. Once you have installed the graphics, we are unable to offer you refund or exchange as you have accepted the item.
We will accept returns of defective products or incorrectly sent items if it has occurred due to our mistake. We will replace the incorrect items and pay the additional shipping fees. In order to speed up the process please describe the issue and attach photos which clearly show defective or incorrect product.
“No Questions Asked” Return
“No Questions Asked” means that you do not have to give a reason to return your order for a refund. You must contact us at email@example.com and request the return within 14 days after delivery. Items to be returned at buyers expense. Items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. The refund will be made as returned item is received by seller. All the Semi-Custom and Fully-Custom graphics kits are subject to 50% Restocking Fee.
