Return of damaged / defective or incorrect item.
You may return defective products within 14 days for a full refund due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item). We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we cannot accept returns on any custom made products for any reason other than production flaws as they are custom made for each customer. To speed up the process, please send us an e-mail email@example.com describing the issue and attach photos which clearly show the defective or incorrect product.
After receiving the product, please make sure that the material is free from any flaws and the fitment is as ordered.
If you have any issues with your order, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt.
Once you have started to install or use our product, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange it.
Therefore, please double check your order details carefully before submitting it to us. Order cannot be changed or cancelled once it is in production.
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if it has not been processed yet by writing us an e-mail within 24h from the order date.
If you’re cancelling the order when the designing has been started, 25% will be withheld as a designing fee.
This is just a guideline and we cannot always guarantee changes or a refund under these circumstances.
